My Conversation with Beau LaFave about obtaining a Full Forensic Audit in Michigan
Last September I drove former Senator Patrick Colbeck to the U.P so that he could talk about Election Fraud. We had meetings in four UP locations; Sault Ste Marie, Munising, Calumet and Gladstone from September 9th thru September 11th. While in Munising I had occasion to sit down with State Rep Beau LaFave. I should mention that I first met Mr. LaFave on the day that I was to testify before the Michigan House Committee on December 2, 2020. I sat behind Rudy Giuliani for about 4 hours waiting to testify but the meeting ran long and it was adjourned before I had a chance to testify. Fortunately Matt Maddocks Chief of Staff, Ben Wetmore came to my house with a film crew and made a video of my observations of the election fraud in Detroit at the TCF Center that was later sent to various members of the Michigan House and Senate. (https://youtu.be/paHpFJBVvYc) I met with Mr. LaFave and we talked about obtaining a Full Forensic Audit. Mr. LaFave produced two false reasons why he would not support an audit. Since he is running for the office of Secretary of State, I think that all Precinct Delegates deserve to hear his blatant opposition.
The first excuse that LaFave gave for not supporting an audit was that it would take a Bill to be signed into law to produce such an audit and that Whitmer would never sign such a Bill. I quickly called his bluff and explained that all it would take is that one segment of our bicameral legislature to take a majority vote to give itself subpoena powers and conduct the audit in the same fashion as Arizona did. It would only require either the Senate or the House to do this. He then countered by saying the legislature had insufficient funds to conduct a Full Forensic Audit the way Arizona did. Colbeck later confirmed that there were private funds available that would require no further legislation from the state of Michigan.
The second fraudulent reason was a bit more subtle. LaFave then, in a moment of candor, told me that he and his fellow legislators had done the political calculations and decided that a “better course of action” would be to “not rile up the voters” by bringing up the “possibility” that the election was stolen and quietly obtain a Republican Governor in 2022 and more safely insure their re-election. It became obvious to me that this false excuse was what the Legislature had told each member to quelch their own conscience. I sensed that LaFave and all the others knew that the election was stolen but this was their “low risk” method with dealing with it. I then obtained LaFave’s permission to get Colbeck to explain it in better detail than I did. Beau LaFave then met with Colbeck and heard it straight from the “election fraud expert” It’s clear that LaFave knew that there really was a path to obtain a “Full Forensic Audit” but neither he nor his fellow legislators were willing to take the political risk.
It seems incredulous to me that this “politically conniving person” is running for what I know to be a critically important position in our state!
I first met Kristina Karamo while we were both Election Challengers during the fraudulent processing of “Absentee Ballots” in the November 2020 election in Detroit at the TCF Center. There is only one clear choice for Michigan SOS and that is Kristina Karamo. No other candidate has the integrity, political will and power to defeat Jocelyn Benson!
